To get matched with My Local Ads' $500 Ad Credit, the customer needs to spend a minimum of $500 in Ad Spend. Only available to first time customers. Refund requests are permissible within 15 days after signing up for My Local Ads. Refunds requested outside of our initial 15 day refund period are not permissible under any circumstances. My Local Ads does not refund Advertising budgets or Advertising spend under any circumstances. My Local Ads service fees do not cover any Advertising Budget or Lead cost on behalf of the customer. Cost per lead varies per region and profession, an estimate for this information can be requested from our team, however My Local Ads does not guarantee a cost per lead. Lead disputes & refunds are only available for Google Local Service Ads as per Google Local Service Ads' Terms of Service. Lead refunds get reapplied as Ad Credit by Google according to Google Local Service Ads' terms of service. Lead refunds & Ad Credits are not paid out in cash or cash equivalents. The My Local Ads service fee gets billed every 30 days. The My Local Ads service requires a valid credit card or debit card on file at all times for My Local Ads' CRM functionality and Google's Advertising products. My Local Ads' CRM requires a minimum $10 credit balance to cover SMS/Call/Email Rates. SMS/Call/Email Rates are non-refundable. $10 credit balance gets charged automatically when first phone call, SMS, or Email is received or sent. $10 credit balance gets reapplied when balance reaches $0 (see rates below), credit balance thresholds can be adjusted:
